SacredSoulHolisticHub was born from a vision to create a nurturing space for holistic wellness in Kendal. Our name reflects our belief in the sacredness of each individual's soul and our commitment to providing holistic care. As a small business, we pride ourselves on personal attention and dedication to every client's journey. Our approach is rooted in empathy and integrity, ensuring that everything we do reflects our commitment to your well-being and alignment with our core values.

I started my holistic Journey in 2020 when I become paralysed at the start of the pandemic, and unfortunately due to the NHS backlog I was left paralysed with a young child to take care of its when we looked into the holistic medicine/ treatments and decided to try that route, believe it or not it's what saved my life and allowed me to grow and walk again... I started to put my mind set into wanting to help others on their personal journey into deep healing and alternative methods of approach, I'm a mum of 4 beautiful children now and I'm a fully qualified Complementary Therapist offering a wide range of treatments and expanding my talents into different healing methods and approaches to each clients individual circumstances & needs.
